Zouk Central Passes are non-refundable, however you may transfer your ticket to another person with the same role (leader/follower) for a fee of $20. Please contact the Zouk Central team with the persons details via
Zouk Central reserves the right to cancel and remove an attendee that behaves inappropriately and/or has had a complaint made against them during the event, and no refund or compensation for costs will be given. Zouk Central also reserves the right to ban an attendee before the event should it come to their attention that they have been banned from other venues / events. In this case Zouk Central will refund only the cost of the pass. This is in the interest of keeping our community safe.
